Subway in Sacramento

“I posted this on Yelp but also wanted to post it here. We just ordered here at Subway and Teresa was very nice and her customer service was excellent. She made us feel welcome more than any other subway has before. She definitely gives it her all and we will be visiting this location more often now.“

“This is a really great Subway shop. I called in a very large order of foot-long sandwiches and they had it ready for me in three hours. I was specific how I wanted the sandwiches cut and had other numerous requests such as toppings and things. Everything was done perfectly and above expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and specifically Chantelle did a great job taking my complicated order over the phone.“

This lady was a topical complainer though and I saw it coming before they got to the register. “I get the Mediterranean Chicken Salad, but because am VeGan I ask for the Chicken on the side (for my service dog) and extra Hummus. I love this salad. My husband LOVES the Cali Veggie Wrap with one SL American Cheese and one SL Provolone. With Spicy Chipotle Mayo.

Vegetarian options: Ask Staff and they will tell you how to make Veggie Options.“

“Always good there is nothing to complain about the meals here. You may find from time to time that disrespectful workers , none.working bathrooms, but the food is always the same . My fave cold cuts , my kids .netball marinada, chicken , roast beef, and others . Choose all the veggies you want ,for me, it is all of them for sure.“

“The restaurant was clean. I went at 6:50pm. My order was missing the avocado, but both staff members were friendly on the phone and in the store. They remedied the problem quickly and without attitude. I really love the communication from the staff here. They are respectful.“

“The Italian Herb & Cheese bread didn't taste the same as it usually does at other locations, and the avocado may not have been fresh (or the ham, spinach, lettuce, or tomato).

“I went here after a very long day at work for a sandwich to share with my dad. I have to say that the young man that attended me was fantastic. He made small talk with me asked me about my day and paid attention to little details in our conversation that made my sandwich order all the more detailed and how i wanted . “Was a little taken back when I walked into the store there was a young lady mopping the floor. That same young lady went over to a sink to wash her hands for about 3 seconds and then proceeded to make the sandwich. I was glad when she put on gloves. The food was not for me so I really can't say whether it was good or bad. But it definitely looked delicious. Since I don't really eat at Subway I had no idea how expensive they were. “Food was pretty good. The sandwich artist did a wonderful job making the sandwich with a very special and odd request. Sore was very clean. The only down side was no indoor dining or a place to sit outside, we had to eat in the car. But they didn't chase us out of the parking lot. All and all it was a good experience and I will be driving a little further from the office for this location.“

“I live much closer to the Subway near Country Club bowling but I drive all the way over to the Subway at 4120 El Camino Ave because that location makes better sandwiches and because it has a better atmosphere in general. That's because of an employee named Dante. He always has a smile on his face and is friendly. That makes the customers experience so much better that it's worth the drive.“

“This is fastest Subway I've ever been to. There were 5 people in front of us and they had us out in less than 5 minutes. Accurate order, friendly staff, speedy service. “I visit here at least 3 times a week and the are always very nice, super clean and the food is always Fresh! They even remember what i order. I would recommend this location over downtown location!

“Location moved to behind Starbucks in the McDonald's shopping lot on Mack Road and Valley high drive. They are open until nine which is very helpful because we get back from swim team in Rancho Cordova at 8:30. That night I had to spend 3 hours preparing food for the team potluck the next day. We prefer Subway to McDonald's Burger King or Taco Bell. A young black woman took my order; a salami and bacon 6 inch. All sandwiches on the cheese bread and toasted. I ordered rotisserie chicken provolone cheese add mortadello and cappicola. My other son ordered a footlong tuna and pepperjack sandwich. He needed the sandwich packed as 2 6 inch sandwiches so he could take one to work for lunch the next day. She made each sandwich correctly. All had mayo and mustard and mine had parmasean vinegrette also. She put the perfect amount of condiments on each sandwich. She took her time and made sure each sandwich was made right. The salami only had an extreme amount of pickles as the desired produce. Then she wrapped and labeled the sandwich without my having to ask. I had lettuce, picles, onions, banana peppers, extra olives, salt and pepper. Finally the tuna had spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers , pickles, banana peppers, and olives. Every sandwich looked fantastic. The prevention and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. She did not want to serve something she would not want to eat herself. She was very positive and had a stellar personality. The food tasted as wonderful. I really appreciated her superior customer service care. We will definitely return.“

“It's a Subway, what can I say.

Vegetarian options: There are several different types of food, & vegetables to choose from. So as for either Vegan or Vegetarian that's actually your option to make it that way, because you can choose to make your sandwich however you want to buy adding on your own toppings & main items.

Kid-friendliness: It's a place to get something to eat, so I'm sure that kids will like that idea.

Parking: It actually depends on the Subway that you visit, because some of them are located in a shopping mall, others are on a street corner, ECT..... I'm sure that you get the general idea.

Wheelchair accessibility: As I stated above, it depends on the Subway, but to truthfully tell you I have not seen a Subway with wheelchair accessible doors on it. They're usually the regular doors that someone would have to open for a person in a wheelchair.

Dietary restrictions: Same as my statement about the Vegan & Vegetarian options you can choose what you want on your sandwich.“

“The service was great, very nice people, food was mostly great. The reason isThey charge a bit extra for avocado, which is fine. They cut an avocado that was rottening. I noticed it at the end before they closed the sandwich. I came home and opened the sandwich and half of avocado pieces was black/rotten which I needed to toss out. I was upset because the woman saw it rotten but still placed it inside and squishing it so I couldn't see. That was my major disappointment. The food overall excluding that was amazing and customer service was nice. Just wish they were more considerate about rotten food, especially when workers see it bad.“

“Convenient, easy to access location on the corner of French/Florin-Perkins and Florin Rd; multiple points of entry, a few parking stalls, gets crowded/congested quickly. Lots of vagrants hanging out in the area. A variety of beverages and food available to choose from.“

“I literally dropped my AirPods right outside the store and I went home panicking because I thought they’d be stolen but when I drove back a lady had picked them up and given it to the cashier who was so kind to give them back to me. I was so happy. Great service, great people.“

“I started doing takeout from this location after the subway closer to me closed. I have never had a poorly made sandwich. The bread is always fresh and the sandwich typically doesn't fall apart easily. I've had some sandwiches at other locations where it feels like everything was just slapped together, the sandwich toppings are falling out and the bread easily tears or crumbles. The people who work at this location try to go out of their way to make sure I get a quality sandwich. I also recommend their wraps.“

There's two spots for disabled parking but no lines are drawing for regular parking there's an estimate for a few more spots.
