The thin tuna was fantastic. I also got the 8 piece omakase and the rice was terrible. Falling apart and felt like it was old. Some of the fish was also inedible. Got a super chewy piece of one fish, and couldn't chew not swallow. Scallop nigiri wasn't great either.
Exellent food!!!! I have returned from retirement of 8 years---all of my Japanese resturants have gone. Glad to enjoy two lunches back to back. Well done. Higher prices Burt all worth it.
We had the Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen, Sashimi 12 piece, bbq salmon, and the fried peppers. Ramen was good one of the best so far broth wise , bamboo wasn’t really complementary though. Fried squid the chard taste was a little too strong, had to smother it in sauce to enjoy. sashimi was good. Bbq salmon was perfect! Service could have been a bit more personable seemed very go go go even though it didn’t appear to be too busy. All in all Husband and I enjoyed our dinner....
