The best chai that I have ever had, and it's made in house. My favorite morning ritual is to walk down to The Mill and get a chai and a waffle to eat on the walk back home. In a city with an over-abundence of coffee shops, The Mill is easily my favorite and I pine for it when I am out of town.

Love the waffles and the coffee! It’s just perfect and not overly sweet.
