We just waited over 5 mins to even be helped when no one was in line and then the rude employee finally said I can help who is next. And then after starting our order decided to tell us they were out of toppings so we left. Will never ever come back!

This shop includes both Togo's and a Baskin Robbins. The sandwiches and ice cream are good and true to each chain's standards, but this review is of two employees. One scorching hot Saturday evening, only two employees - DAKOTA and MARIO - were there to handle a long line of grumpy customers for Togos and BR. Another scheduled employee was out, so they were very short-handed - and the line was literally out the door. But they were both friendly, professional, and very apologetic...read full review
