Last stop of 3 winery tour. All were unique and very good but this one is small and so personal. We felt like friends sitting in the family room just chilling and drinking fantastic wine.
One of the highlights of a recent visit to Napa was our trip to AuburnJames Winery. This was the smallest of the wineries we visited and it had much more of a down-home, intimate, family feel to it than others. Go visit! Cowboy Doug was great. This is not a winery you will hear a lot about, but it’s good. It’s intimate and has a good story. Learning about the owners and their philosophy makes me want to support them more.
