A delightful and sad moment. We did all of our favorite items, loved our interaction with Laramie, and felt heaviness of heart as we went out the door for the last time. This has been such a treasure in The Valley and we will miss it keenly..
Wonderful memories made at Goose & Gander! Truly so sad to see it close, as a local this was my top favorite restaurant!!
We let them know we were coming up to celebrate our anniversary and were greeted with "Happy Anniversary " and then when we were seated and handed menus, we saw that we had special menus that said "Happy Anniversary " on them. We were given complementary rose sparkling wine. We were treated like royalty and the food was outstanding as always. It is unfortunate that they will be closing at the end of December. We love Goose and Gander!

Guests have praised the Shishito peppers as the best they've ever had, and the G&G burger is recognized as a must-try for burger lovers. Despite being a "grown-up" place, Goose & Gander is welcoming to kids and provides a lovely atmosphere to enjoy a good meal. The restaurant continues to be a favorite for locals, making it a must-visit spot in St. Helena for dinner or drinks, especially for those who enjoy a great old-fashioned.
