“Loved it! 1st time visit on a Sunday afternoon. Super friendly and fast service and delicious ciders. Tried a flight of five ciders: apricot, raspberry, black currant, vanilla brown sugar, and cranberry. I usually like fruity ciders best, but the vanilla brown sugar was my favorite. Raspberry was a close second. Had a Mexican food truck there with tasty tacos.Small place in a warehouse setting, but had lots of outdoor seating and set up a heater for us. Also had a tv to watch the football game.“

“The drinks are on the pricier side but it's the type of establishment where it's so worth it. The food is fine for finger food and to have with your drink, the staff is sweet and attentive they really go above and beyond. The vibe is definitely classy, and relaxing. Live music nights are for a cute date idea.“

“We typically enjoy "The Twin". We really wish they'd increase their tap options and that they'd do something w those bathrooms. We've been going their since it was Chick & Judy's MINT CLUB. New owners have done a great job with the backyard. Nice to let kids run around a little bit.“

“Loved the beer! Would return for beer and cheese board. The peppercorn steak was liked by my husband who rated it a 5, while i gave it a 3.5. The portions are great. Pro tip, the dinner menu starts at 4 so we missed the lunch menu by a few minutes. It's inside a little strip center so not very visible from the street. Seems like not a lot of parking available.lovely mural.“

“I only gave this place 4 stars because the alcoholic beverages lacked. Ordered some margaritas and they were the worst I’ve ever had. However, everything else was great! Service was excellent, food was delicious. They even gave us a cute little to go pizza box.“

“We absolutely LOVE #SplashModesto! The bartenders and other employees are super friendly and fun. Whether you're on the rainbow, or an Ally; Splash is a great place to go to relax, unwind, and be free of judgement and drama! The shows are fantastic, too, and every weekend: there's a delicious food truck there. Our only critique would be that some of the bartenders don't know how to make some of the most basic and highly popular drinks. We've asked for drinks such as: "Margarita", "Bloody Mary", "Long Island Iced Tea", "Mai Tai", "Sex on the Beach", "AMF", and "Dark & Stormy" and gotten POLITE apologies, as a couple of them don't know how to make those. We replied politely that it was no big deal, and shared the recipes with them. They then make VERY DELICIOUS drinks. :-) If you like Tamarind, Mangonadas, or mildly spicy things in general: ask for a "Tamarindo Caliente". It is 2 shots of "Smirnoff Spicy Tamarind vodka" over a half cup of ice that has spicy salt on the rim, topped off with Squirt soda (or any citrus soda, if they are out of squirt, but they usually have it), and garnished with an olive and a lime!“

“Perhaps the best, most authentic, high-end Mexican in the area. What separates this place from the MANY others are the flavors. Even the grilled veggies are made with intention. Did not have a go at the cocktails yet but I hear they are even better than the food!“

“We had lunch here Tuesday. The service was prompt, but she didn't hear my husband correctly. He ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad and she brought a chicken salad sandwich. I didn't even see that on the menu. I had the ham, brie and fig panini. He decided not to say anything. Both sandwiches were good. It would be nice if they had a choice other than chips or "you can buy a salad".UPDATE 5/20//23Tonight we attended a charity event for Community Hospice. The decorations were amazing. The food was all excellent. The Greek style salad was very flavorful and I especially liked the feta and olives. The main course beef was cooked to perfection and so tender. The couscous and carrot souffle were tasty sides. The Baklava was not as gooey as I'm used to, but still quite tasty. I've also been here for a couple other events since the original lunchroom and definitely give the 5 stars for events.“

“This place has an amazing selection of local craft brews. They typically have almost every type of craft beer on tap you could want. Hef, sour, IPA, etc. Craft beer not your thing? They also carry domestics as well as wine. Servers are always friendly.“

“Absolutely love the Friday Steak night. My insignificant other always gets the "BBQ your own" steak, and I always get the shrimp skewers. The sides are bread, salad, and possibly the best scalloped potatoes I've ever had. The staff is awesome. Highly recommended!“

“Third time I have been to this bar. I love that they open at 6AM-2AM. You know I have to mention as I always do when I visit a bar or restaurant...They absolutely serve my favorite PEANUT BUTTER SCREWBALL!! The morning girl is so sweet and very attentive to her customers. She takes time to get to know you. She pays attention and is ready when you need a refill. The two times I've seen her she was cleaning while she wasn't busy. The bar looks older but is cozy, comfortable and clean. Great music on the Touch Tunes jukebox! They have pool tables and a cozy bed for a sweet dog who belongs to a regular. I highly recommend at least in the early morning. I usually get there about 7:30 am. Good morning crowd. “I have stayed at the Doubletree Hilton a couple of times and have eaten here each time. The first time, I just had their Butternut squash soup. It had a coconut base and was amazing. I'm usually not the biggest fan of butternut squash soup, but theirs had so much flavor. My friend got the short ribs and said they were amazing. The second time I got their falafel wrap and fries, the fries were really good. The wrap was food but not the best, I am grateful for veggie options, though. My friend got the chicken, with polenta and carrots, and the chicken looked extremely juicy. They said it was delicious. Our server was kind, informative and helpful. I also had a blueberry lemonade mocktail it was good.“

“Finally was able to try this place out. Had lunch here with my mom on a Saturday. Since we were in the area we decided to eat here. It's my first time trying this place and I enjoyed my experience. Service here is attentive and quick. Food is good and they give huge portions for the price. The complimentary salsa and chips were delicious. We love their chips here, tastes so good and fresh. I ordered the steak enchilada and steak taco as a combo plate that comes with rice and beans. The food here did not disappoint! Overall, great food and service!“

The last time we stopped in was just to grocery shop after sushi so we weren't hungry but I guess we were thirsty We grabbed a couple brews and watched the game. “Good food bad service I order agua de pepino it was so sweet I felt like I was drinking corn syrup, I asked my waitress if I could have a different drink she told me no that I already had a sip and that she couldn’t put back that she was going to charge me for it and I said put back where don’t you guys throw it away? “Myself and four fiends were on a road trip down Hwy 99 and just happened upon George's as it popped up on our map app. What a welcome surprise it turned out to be. We ordered from the lunch menu because the regular looked to be too much. I had the Prime Rib Stacker sandwich. Price was very reasonable and the food was the bomb. Lynna was our waitress. She was very pleasant and took good care of us. She even offered to split our checks for us, which we were not really expecting. Big thumbs up.“

“When you walk in you're greeted by awesome staff. Sat down right away & gave good recommendations! The burger was good & the onion rings were even better! The burger was a little more spicier than I thought and I was given a whole cutting of an onion in my burger but still LOVED the combo! On top of that, server gave the best service yet!“
