Even though we chose the bar seating, which allowed us to skip the wait, we didn't miss out on attentive service. Rebecca, our server, embodied the warmth and efficiency of someone who truly enjoys their work. Was disappointed due to use of spring mix lettuce instead of romaine lettuce in Caesar salad. Was told by mgr that corporate had been made aware of this and had been advised that it was corporate in Texas who ordered and sent supplies to restaurants. Also, chili was not temperature hot enough. Customer service was good.

Was in the mood for one of their infamous cheeseburgers, and thus, this North Salinas, Ca Chilis location did not disappoint! We sat in the bar area as we started off with an ice cold beer from the draft. I started off with a chicken enchilada soup before my Ole Timer with bacon and cheese arrived. Topped off with their crispy and delicious french fries, next time you are in the mood for a burger, give Chili's a try!
