Crumbl is highly praised for its delicious cookies and friendly staff. The cookies are described as the best tasting, with popular options like the pink cookie and cheesecake flavors. Customers appreciate the cheerful and helpful service at the Morgan Hill location, noting the cleanliness and bright atmosphere of the store. While many enjoy the cookies' perfect baking—crispy on the edges and chewy in the middle—some have mentioned the need for better communication when flavors run out. Ordering ahead through the app or website is recommended to avoid long waits. Overall, Crumbl is considered a great choice for gifts, events, and a kid-friendly treat that everyone enjoys.
