I had a great experience at Energy All Day in Salinas! As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed. I was looking for a protein shake and checked out their menu, and they had exactly what I needed.
I usually make my protein shakes at home because I feel like it’s more efficient and easier to track my macros, but this place had a really good deal and some great macro-friendly options.

Smoothies here are unique and use fresh ingredients. I love this shop
