“Might be first fast food review for me, I accept that you sacrifice almost everything for the drive thru convenience. Today I needed a break from long drive. So I ate inside.Everything about this experience seemed different, felt more like a Johnny Rockets or Fat Burger some of my old favorites.Clean atmosphere, like spotless everyone there was happy and I'm talking customers as well as all employees.I have Operated many business that serve the public from Grocery Stores, to Food Distribution Companies Large geographic areas of responsibility and had many locations I had full operational control over. Old habits are so hard to break I see things most people don't Like clean stocked restrooms, name badges customers greeted right away. and being treated like gold behind the counter seemed perfect.Immediately it seemed obvious who ever the manager was knew what they were doing.Than while enjoying my lunch Yvonne came by perfect timing didn't interrupt just politely and genuinely asked if everything was great and if I needed anything else.We spoke briefly I told her who I use to be and I ask what her plans were because it's obvious this professional person won't be her for long. All my success across multiple industries always came from building incredible teams, whom ever has this Franchise needs to get wise because I promise we are always looking for our next superstar and Yvonne is exactly the type of superstar Regional Operators look for.I know from 35 years being a top Regional and Corporate Manager that Franchise Managers are the single most important factor in a locations success. This review is more for JIB corporate office and the Franchise, better spend time with this young lady and realize what you got, this location Manager needs to be a Multi Unit manager or district manager, not sure what you folks call them. Most impressive, great hire, but totally under utilizing a rare and dynamic set of skills. No limit to her potentialThank you Salinas Airport jiB“
“Could smell the French toast sticks from afar. So I ventured over for some breakfast.Tough town.Need a key for the bathroom and can only spend 30 minutes to eat your food before you have to leave. But staff was friendly, quick with service and got to like that.“
“I would not recommend this Jack in the box, one day I went where they couldn't even honor a combo because of a delivery that they didn't receive and Jessica that was working that day was very rude and shut the drive thru window waving and saying bye, bye! I was soo upset I complained about this specific jack in the box because there alot of attending to needed? I guess that's when you hire and leave children to run your business? Not recommended they don't know how to manage and handle customers??“
“975 N Main St, Salinas, in Sherwood Gardens, is now my favorite Jack in the Box. Jack in the Box became my favorite fast food hamburger when they started using the more substantial split-top hamburger bun.By using the Jack in the Box app, every day in December until Christmas they give the "24 days of Jackmas" offers, with a minimum $1 purchase. Each day they've given different free offers: Bonus Jack, Large Curly Fries, Large Fountain Drink, Oreo Milkshake, Onion Rings, Jumbo Egg Roll.By using their mobile app I can buy 2 tacos for $0.99. Adding the extra cheese for $0.20 makes an order over a dollar qualifying for the free Jackmas offers. I also get the extra lettuce for free. This newer Jack in the Box's dining room is nice and clean and the parking lot is larger and well lit. This morning, my Jackmas offer gave me a free breakfast Jack with my two tacos. The manager, Veronica, greeted me today by name!
Parking: The parking lot is well lit.“
“I am having a love-hate relationship with Jack in the box right now. I love their deep fried tacos, but lately it seems that they have stopped putting the slice of cheese in the taco. and if it doesn't have the slice of cheese, it's just not worth eating. It only happens occasionally it's not something I can fully complain about until it's happening consistently. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. hopefully they come through for me.“
