“At 5:30 p.m. on the 29th of November, 23I stopped at this Jack-in-the-Box because I was driving home and used the drive-through. I waited as the cashier instructed, and after twenty minutes, she returned and asked what I would like. After processing my order, she said, "Can you hold on? You just had me wait 20 minutes and you want me to hold on again." I left the drive-through, drove past the drive-through window, and saw no one at the front counter. It was unclear why she needed a hold on as no one was in the restaurant, neither were there any cars in front of me waiting to place an order. Would“
“I just had a misunderstanding with the staff over there, the staff was asking to check the order on my phone but I told them I ordered it from home and that I have the order number to verify, they could not understand at first but eventually understood. Over the process they have been very courteous, so the experience has been positive.“
“Regarding shop #4388, which is situated at 2845 Augustine Dr. in Santa Clara, CA 95054. My staff was racist and treated me badly. As a disabled individual who paid for my meal, my sole request was to use the restroom. She said it was malfunctioning. However, there isn't a sign saying such. What was frustrating was that a sizable gathering of folks showed up a short while later. She handed the restroom code without hesitation, and these are not even paying customers. It was between 6:30 and 7 p.m. on December 9, 2023. What a disgusting and racist conduct! Please check the CCTV footage to be sure.Watch out for this branch! “Good food, but definitely overpriced. Close to four dollars for a small order of french fries. Salted just right, but a smidge undercooked. The chicken strips were tender, and the batter coating was crunchy but under seasoned. However, the three portions of chicken were pretty stout.“
