My moms bread had a tooth pick and all they told her was to get a new piece of bread. Horrible service. Do better lol. Expensive bread for such poor quality. We weren’t asking for a new piece of bread. They could’ve addressed the situation better. Horrible management!

Bomb like every la plaza bakery. I work at a nearby hotel and always send my guests here to eat. Great food, service, and it's always clean. Get the pan dulce or food from the taqueria it doesn't disappoint.

Great bakery! Skip the breakfast burritos though, a bit thin on the fillings. Flavor was fine, but breakfast burritos should be just as big as lunch burritos.

Love this place!! Got a tres leches cake in a cup.. super yummy ? Also the torta de asada with guac and cheese was very delicious ? and filling. Only thing is they need a AC it was too damn hot in there lol

I bought a roast cake but it looked like cream and tomato
I ordered ahead of time on Friday to pick up on Monday at 10 am . I arrived exactly at 10 am and my order was not ready they said to be back at 12 pm which was super annoying to have wasted my time like this .

The pan dulce felt old. It was not sweet. These breads are not made with love. Customer service was rude she didn't smile ?. Felt like she did not want to work. She looked like she was annoyed with my mother who is disabled and has dementia. Not knowing this is an ongoing thing why I came to check on the store. Nothing feels like it is fresh or feels like home anymore. I have been coming here for years and I can not believe it is going downhill. If I want fresh pan dulcet I rather walk to Vallarta a viable doors down.
