The Beef Banh Mi was so good 👍
The Pho and Banh Mi were excellent! One of the best restaurants I have tried in central California: the quality, portions and most especially, the cost, are on point. If you are into Asian/Vietnamese food, then this place is it. This unassuming food court establishment wins out over the majority of the fanciest restaurants in the area. Yes, sometimes the service takes a while, but it was worth it. I highly recommend them if you are at Northridge Mall.
The food is delicious and freshly cooked, but the cashier needs to know how to communicate well to the customer. She should be truthful enough to say the exact time , how long will it take to wait for their order. Be honest about there’s a three more online orders ahead and ask the customer if they’ve are willing to wait. Assuming that they can wait and give them a chance to think about it. Communication is the key to a better customer service. Thanks!

While the Shrimp Pho is particularly praised for its abundance of shrimp and aromatic veggies, service can sometimes be slow, and communication from the cashier could improve. Despite these minor issues, the quality of the food makes it a top choice for Asian/Vietnamese cuisine in a food court setting. Highly recommended for a satisfying meal while at the mall.
