Tortillas are so good! They actually give you good portions unlike other places. Salsa is flavorful, the employees are attentive, area is clean, decoration is inviting—would highly recommend their burritos!

Came to Salinas and asked about a good taco shop nearby. Multiple people told me "Tacos Don Beto". I'm glad I listened. The waitress was very friendly and made a great recommendation of the chile verde super burrito. The atmosphere was nice and clean. Clean enough to feel comfortable eating here. I loved the creative vegan options. I tried all four on the lettuce taco. The jackfruit was well shredded and spiced. The cactus and shrooms tender and delicious. Each option was very good. Pricing is reasonable for the generous portion size. Nice counter service. Busy but lots of room.
