“The food was good and the service was good also. Good quality meal/ breakfast, it was expensive but right now what isn't? The bathrooms were ok. We ordered the chicken and waffles, the 2×2×2 meal and the tres leches pancakes. The chicken and waffles were filling and the chicken strips (4 for the adult menu & 2 for the kids menu version) were crispy outside and soft/ tender on the inside. The 2×2×2 breakfast was good, not bad for portion size. The tres leches cake pancakes, I was told, were very sweet but sweet was expected from something with tres leches in its name. Parking was tight but we went around 9-11am, so probably that is why“

“I'm not a big food person lol,but this place is A MUST FOR DELICIOUS FOOD,service was excellent price is definitely awsome compared to other places and portions are definitely huge,well for me they are lol 100% recommend this little spot,Brenda was our server and she's just AMAZING LOVED HER.“

“The food is quality, but the price is excessive. We ate here twice and got a plain croissant, tuna melt on sun dried tomato bagel, Reuben on jalapeno cheese bagel and orange juice. The 2 bagels alone cost over $20, which is too pricey to justify eating here sadly. The food is fine, but the price is wrong.“

“First time dining here, few things, the food was presented great but it wasn't hot. Little pet peeve of mine I guess but I like my food hot especially if it's meant to be served hot. Flavor profile it was great. Service was ok, not amazing but good. Did ask a few questions to the waitress and instead of answering us she kept making us scan the QR code on the menu, asked a simple yes or no and they couldn't answer us. The atmosphere was good small and cozy, wall art is pretty and the overall experience was fun.“

“Excellent service and hash browns, bacon , & pumpkin pancakes melt in your mouths. Eggs were the best ever. Everything was perfect and delicious!! The waitress was a true veteran with exceptional serves. Yes, I recommend everyone to stop by this IHOP location in Redlands!!!??????☺️??????????“

“Nice meal friendly staff.
We were greeted with such a nice welcome by Dino. I kept an eye on him as we had our meal his interactions with all of the guests were pleasant and positive. After spending the weekend in Hollywood eating at nice restaurants and being disappointed by the hostess’s at multiple locations it was nice to have an authentic greeting.
I hope this establishment knows how great their staff is.“
