“My visit to Maiz Cafe was such a great experience. The staff was welcoming, checked in on us throughout our meal, and made us feel right at home. I tried a fresh made-to-order pineapple and watermelon agua fresca. It was refreshing and the sooo sweet. The surf and turf bowl was hearty, with tender steak and juicy shrimp. The asada omelette was stuffed with well-seasoned meat. We also had the chocolate chip pancake, which was super fluffy and a great side for my breakfast craving.

One of my favorite parts of the meal was trying the house-made salsas. The habanero definitely stole first place for me with its bold flavor and spicy kick. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, making it a spot where you can either enjoy a relaxed brunch or grab something quickly through the drive-thru.

Overall, Maiz Cafe is a great brunch place to recommend, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.“

“Good place, Nice food. When ever I come here the server with the pretty make up and hair greets us warmly. Good costumer service. The decorations are a bit outdated. Could use a remodel. Still very charming. The old people that come here make the vibe of the place very calming. Never busy but the food takes a while to come out. Nice menu variety. Will come again and again. ?

Parking: not to much space.“

“Very delicious food best service and nice mandi“

“Can't say enough good things. We walked in and were greeted with genuine smiles and warmth. Seated right away and had the pleasure of being waited on by Jolene. What a bright spot she is. Friendly and attentive she was everything you hope a server will be. Service from everyone amazing. Food was delicious. The pancakes though! Can't wait to go back!“

“I came to have breakfast here today and I had Kelly as my server. She was amazing! Very sweet and attentive. We were sitting in a booth where the AC was hitting me directly and I was cold, I brought this up to her and she was kind enough to let us move ❤. The food came fast after we ordered, and was delicious! Will definitely come back.“

“Food is very good. It can get very busy here but they're well staffed so they can be relatively quick considering. We enjoyed our burgers and salad. They kept the tables clean. If you're dining inside you can refill your drinks free of charge which is nice. We come when we are around the area. Heads up they are closed 4th of July.“

“Came in and bought a breakfast sandwich. Bacon, egg and cheese on an onion bagel.
The bagel is perfect. This sandwich came fast and cooked perfectly. It was about $8 which in 2026 is more than fair. I highly recommend this place. I’ll be back for sure.“

“It was a pleasant dining experience I had just gotten off work and I was tired. My server was patient and allowed me ample time to look over the menu and the service was prompt. Server was also very friendly and warm. I would definitely come again when I'm in the mood for pancakes and good service.“

“We had such a great experience at Madres Brunch! The food was AMAZING, and the service was just as good. Our waitress, Nathaly, was so sweet, attentive, and incredibly helpful when it came to ordering.

If you’re a coffee lover like me, the specialty coffee flight is a MUST! I also took Nathaly’s recommendation and ordered the chilaquiles verdes with birria, and I’m SO glad I listened. They were seriously so good!

Great food, great service, and such a fun brunch spot. We’ll definitely be coming back again!“
