Only thing about that they want you to pull around to the front to the manager can clock her clock like you've been served your water with your order hasn't been served yet so you got to go outside and wait another three minutes drive-
On 9/28/23, at 1:20 pm, best service EVER! I didn't order anything super complex: 7 snack tacos and a large fries (to be shared, haha, I'm not that much of a fattie!) Anyways, from the moment go at the drive thru, the lady on the intercom was great. Her voice conveyed..."happiness"...if that makes sense. Anyways, I pulled up and paid for my meal(s) and I couldn't tell who I spoke to because I was greeted by two fantastic women. Laughing and smiling... it was nice to interact with...read full review
The Whole Del Taco Family here never fails to amaze me and the AGM Andi is very generous and courteous to all Del Taco customers ???
Del Taco's service can vary; on one visit, customers may experience a lengthy wait and find that their burritos resemble tacos with minimal meat and excessive cheese. However, on a different occasion, the service could be exceptional, with friendly and happy staff at the drive-thru, providing great interaction and promptly serving fresh and delicious fries. The restaurant's drive-thru setup might cause confusion, requiring customers to go around the back area.
