My experiences here have always been great! I had the awesome lunch special and the customer service was top notch. The meal was fresh with some fabulous flavor. I definitely will be back when I’m in the area. I miss the pizza buffet, which hasn’t been there since COVID.
The service in all the restaurants in San Bernardino are awful, the employees are dirty, rude and don't pay attention to the customers, the machines for automated pick up doesn't work NEVER and have to wait in line to pick up.
Great service

Little Caesars Pizza offers affordable meals with good service. The pizza and breadsticks have been praised as delicious, and the Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza is noted for being made perfectly. The staff are pleasant, even when busy, and many customers prefer to place their orders online to avoid long wait times. The pickup area is efficient, allowing customers to quickly retrieve their orders by typing in a code.
However, the atmosphere can be hot and crowded, which might detract from the experience. While service is generally better than at other locations, it has been suggested that management should bring someone from the back to help take orders when the line stretches out the door. Despite some issues with the portal machine and long lines, customers typically have positive experiences and are likely to return.
