“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “I don't know if I've noticed all Wingstops' having TVs and playing games, but this one does which is awesome. Food was out hot and fresh. The fries were extra crispy, an issue I've had at Wingstops before. The staff was knowledgeable of the menu and helpful. I'd recommend this wingstop to others!“
“Wow what a great change in atmosphere. Haven't been here in a while although we do eat Wings often it's been a while since I have been to this location. i have had a bit of a frustrating day. The unit we were renting had a pipe burst so now I'm here at the motel 6 with my family trying to make the best out of the situation and I have definitely been in a bit of a "i have had it with lifes bullshit" mood. But as i have said before energy is contagious so when I walked into this place got greeted like I was actually welcomed, and treated like I'm actually a valued customer i can't even be in a bad mood or mad it felt like, well at least I can get my food and the people here are nice it smelled nice inside the Lids were all organized with cup holders in the back. Forks and everything nicely organized dont need to pick through left over utensils. everything stocked the Soda machine clean and not with a mountain of ice piled up I mean the place is just not the same. I feel the food industry has forgot allot about their customers after covid. Felt good to have such a welcoming atmosphere. It felt like it used to before covid and before so many fast food restaurants forgot what customer service is...think I need to make this my main location for Wings. I appreciate you guys!!!.“
