There is no more Cafe 3:15 because the owner already turned their store to a dumpling style. It has a changed since a few days ago. I definitely missed their Hong Kong style milk tea and other food besides the drinks.
Food is okay. However, the quality of service is "poor". Our waiter seemed disinterested and inattentive from the moment we were seated. Manners are terrible.To make matters worse, as my party and I were preparing to leave, our waiter stopped us at the door. With an uncomfortable smile, she pointed out that we hadn't left a tip according to the recommended percentage of the bill.
