“I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve eaten at Crumble, and I’ve been eating here frequently for about 2 years now. Hands down. The cookies are so good , the ones I’m trying for the first time or the regular cookies they have . They are always fresh. No matter if you get the big size cookie or want to go with their mini. I usually buy a dozen of the minis or a box or 6 because, come on now. There’s no way I can only actually eat one or 2. I think mini is the perfect size. . So i highly recommend you stopping by a crumble location or ordering it for delivery. So I give 5 stars for here and can’t wait to get my 10 points for writing my review on here because that means I’m 10 points extra on getting my free cookie from there ! 😃“

“I've been going here for a long time, life happens that you stop going to certain places. You get caught up with what you need to do you forget. A co-worker had brought some in for a party and it just brought back memories eating this and ice cream with family.
I recently went with my co-worker to come back for more of the delicious cannoli. I was surprised to see that the place hasn't changed at all. Everything still made in house. Prices like everything are up. My co-worker and I had split 24 minis, we were surprised to pay $42 for each but bit the bullet and paid up. Now that I look at the menu, we got ripped off LOL. It's cheaper to buy 1 dozen for $72 and you cut it yourself. You save $12 🤦‍♀..note to self and everyone else..
The cannolis were heavenly and much enjoyed by my family. It was a once in a while treat, not something I'd do weekly. We had tiramisu, chocolate, and original. It's a toss up for me between tiramisu or original. Everyone loves the cannoli shell. I had a tiramisu shake as well and it was delicious. I just wish they had a bigger straw.
Treat yourself and your loved ones, I highly recommend this place especially if you're craving authentic cannolis“

“i never review restaurants but i’m genuinely disappointed as a customer, two months ago you could order from banan a regular açaí bowl and it was a great portion. now that’s not longer an option, and the bowl is much smaller. really, really disappointing. delicious but not worth the money for the portion size. and odd not to say anything about it , just change it. bizarre business move. the bowl with the dome top is the new option, the clear bowl is old the old option. real bummer, won’t be ordering again“

They make their own herbal grass jelly. It's so much better than what comes out of a can. Great dessert shop. They have shaved ice dessert with mochi, hot black sesame, and red bean desserts too

“It's a 3.5 for me! I ordered the matcha double crème with the recommended 50% sweetness and it was SO sweet...TOO sweet. I also got so much matcha cream when it should really just be a topper. Despite the sweetness, there wasn't a strong matcha taste. If you're into creamy/milky matchas that are sweet, this place is more for you. If you like matcha lattes with more of a earthy/grassy/umami punch, this is not the place because the milk and sugar washes out the flavor. I might try the regular matcha but I also might just skip the matcha and return to try the soft serve.“

“Great place for Cantonese style desserts later at night. Good selection of hot and cold sweets. Egg waffle a little expensive but flavor is great (not too sweet) and has good texture. Would recommend the Super Mango (mango ice cream, mango slush, and mango bits). Would give it more stars except entrees are pricey imo considering the comfort style/snack style foods.“

“They have Bionicos ( is like a desert of mix fruits with a special cream) Aguas Frescas, Escamochas, paletas, waffles!! Everything is good and the young gentleman there is very nice and proper, definitely a good place to visit and enjoy the snacks.“

“My favorite dessert spot ever. You will have to see the amount of points in my reward account to understand my love for this store. Whenever I walked in the store, the coconut milk fragrance brought me right back to Vietnam. Chè is my fav dessert, so I am so happy that this store make chè in a pretty authentic way to make me feel less homesick.

This exact Bambu in Milbrae is my fav. I think they make the dessert better than the other location near Stonestown Galleria in SF. My go-to order is number 10 Bambu Special or something like that. The chewy pandan jelly and the red water chestnut jelly in number 10 is the best combo 🤤🤤“
