The barista is incredibly nice and helpful. I can in to buy a couple espresso shots for a recipe, she advised that Peet’s espresso is very acidic and likely not a good candidate, even went on to recommend alternatives. I was present for the interaction of the review posted by 888sjh. I was there when she received her first drink, she was incredibly condescending and disrespectful towards the barista. First the size was wrong, then it was not hot enough. At the end of the day it’s a matcha latte, please treat our service workers with the same respect that you demand.

Rude and unprofessional barista at Mollie Stone in San Bruno. I had to go back 2x for her to correct my order after I paid $8.00 for a matcha latte and she had the nerve to get upset.

Coffee tastes burnt going there in the afternoon about 3 pm. They’re to lazy to clean the coffee maker. So disgusted when I left I threw the half of it away!

I've just given this Peet's to many trys.. The gal there is always so unpleasant, rude, like she can't be bothered with providing any good service. I've always given my support in trying to help business when times were slow. The Coup de Gras was today when it was busy and I was treated with such insult and rudeness like "oh no" another customer. I walked out as this has happened to many times. Terrible attitudes!! I've brought friends in promoting biz and they we treated unkindly as well. Be happy you have a job..

I ordered a large Havana cappuccino & my cup was very light & I took the lid off I only had less than half of a large cup. What a waste of money next time I'll go to the Peet's closer to my house before they close.

Rude baristas! The male chubby one and bald female baristas are the worst in this place! Bad customer service! You shouldn't work there because you obviously hate your job! Skip this place and go to starbucks instead!
