The barista is incredibly nice and helpful. I can in to buy a couple espresso shots for a recipe, she advised that Peet’s espresso is very acidic and likely not a good candidate, even went on to recommend alternatives. I was present for the interaction of the review posted by 888sjh. I was there when she received her first drink, she was incredibly condescending and disrespectful towards the barista. I just love the way Rachel makes my specialty drink. it's consistently delicious, she's consistently friendly, courteous and cares. Week days the gal thats there, it's like she doesn't care to get it right or listen. it's too bad I don't want to go there during the week and only when Rachel's there ..thanks for hiring her.
