They did not pay attention to my order at all. I asked for split cup; they ignored that. I asked for a bag; they ignored THAT. They didn't even offer a drink tray (since we ordered more than one drink); we had to ask for the tray.
On top of that, we arrived after the promised time and it STILL wasn't ready. 🤦♀ Ugh. This is the kind of Jamba I get in my area. Lol
At least the drink was smooth and they acknowledged at the counter.

We were driving through town 7/29 and decided to stop. We love Jamba Juice but man, where is the quality control with this location. I ask the manager please, taste the product. We ordered two strawberries wild. They tasted awful and looked….coagulated? They were super light in color when usually it’s got the strawberry color. We took one drink and threw them away worried we were going to get sick. It tasted like….cleansers? Dirty water? We couldn’t describe...read full review
We are from the east Coast visiting family here and love our Jamba. Saw a lot of low reviews of this place but decided to give it a try on the way back and it was solid! No complaints from us!

Jamba is a place worth trying for anyone who hasn't been there before. The staff is nice, the service is great, and the cleanliness is commendable. Despite being understaffed, the workers are efficient and accommodating. They pay attention to customer preferences, like omitting blueberries from orders. The team goes above and beyond, providing exceptional service that stands out. This spot is a go-to for a quick snack, delivering not just good food but also excellent customer care.
