Spent 2.5 hours here-first time ever with 2 of my computers. But the outlets are so worn they don't hold the plug very good

After I picked up my order that I placed using my mobile app, the staff was loudly bashing me by name. When I told them I heard what they said and how rude they were, only 1 of the 3 ladies looked embarrassed. It seems like they don't have enough to do, just complain. This used to be a good neighborhood place. It's only going to be as good as the attitude of the employees.
