I was humiliated by a staff member, she wanted me to wait for an order I never gave, I told her it wasn't my order and she got upset, I waited 15 minutes, she got upset and asked me to leave, very disappointed. , never again.

I’ve noticed they don’t always honor their hours of operation in the morning. Especially on the weekends I work pretty close to the Starbucks location. However, I also have to punch a clock at 5:45. This is the third time I’ve came to this location a little before 530 and the door was still locked at 5:35am There were three employees inside three patrons outside waiting to get in. Unfortunately I had to leave and couldn’t order the jug of coffee for me and my airline friends. Also, when I dine its a pretty nice atmosphere, but sometimes they’re kind of slow with patrons, but I could possibly be that they’re overwhelmed with the mobile orders.

Best Starbucks in San bruno, but really all it has going for it is Location for business casual gatherings. This used to be a regular spot for a large group of friends. We met at every day after work until they put a time limit on how long you could sit outside.San Bruno is a great location for a new café has there are only a handful and anyone with decent Customer service could do better than even a Starbucks. I just want caffeine - I don't need another house paymentSo they might as well expand their pastries and have an order a minimum. A great example of a better café is Copenhagen downtown Burlingame. A lot of people I know who live locally even in San Bruno make the drive 10 to 15 minutes and deal with the parking just for a better environment .

Ordered a drink and asked for no ice. Literally got 3/4 if a drink. Bad customer experience. This is the only Starbucks that I go to that does this.
Nice clean Starbucks. Good service and friendly staff. Large area and plenty of seating with decent WiFi. Bathrooms are well kept and clean. Overall a solid choice

it is my sincere hope that someone in corporate HQ (who probably thinks they know it all), sets sight in this location as their is a level of professional service and sincere customer response that is inherent to the employees and something that is not drawn up in some generic customer response plan.These employees, hustle, deal with heavy traffic and simply persevere through hug-customer demand when obviously understaffed. Most of this occurs when off-site are likely sleeping, and will still be for the next couple of hours. I sure hope those of you in upper management realize they are doing the work which leads to your salaries being paid.Thanks for your time.Respectfully,M. Klingler

Horrible service. Can't handle a rush. Also rude baristas. Don't hire them and if they get overwhelmed and then rude.

The crew at this Starbucks can't handle it getting a little busy. There was no communication between the three. They were all going in different directions. I ordered ahead and it took 25 minutes to finally get my coffee. That was only half of my order. My wife's tea was not made and after 51 minutes, I had to turn into a "Karen" just to get them to finally make it. Would have been nice to have our drinks at the same time to sit and relax.

Drinks aren't make right. Store is dirty. When they steamed milk, steamer won't get wipe down and they would steam more milk like that. They pull shots and wait too long to finish the drinks. I wouldn't go back in there for a drink anymore.They might need to train their employees because I work at Starbucks too and what I saw there made is gross
