“Had a fantastic experience this evening. I came in after a long flight and they accidentally forgot an add-on to my burrito and promptly made me a new one for me. Now I have 2 delicious burritos and they didn’t charge me any extra. I really appreciate when restaurants go the extra mile for their customers and I can’t thank them enough for their service this evening!“

“As a college student I always come here after exams for a reward. Their poke bowls always hit the spot never misses, especially the miso salmon. They’re store is always so clean and the staff is always nice. I remember coming here for the first time not knowing how to order but they helped with every step.“

“Visited in the late afternoon so I can’t speak for how much it can get at lunch or dinner time. It’s been a while since I’ve been here so I forgot you ordered on a card then submitted it to the staff before paying.

My bowl: half white rice, half kelp noodles, cucumber, red onion, jalapeños, spicy tuna, spicy house poke sauce, creamy wasabi, edamame, kimchee, furikake.“

“First of all, this is my favorite poke place ever for almost 5 years now since I moved from Florida to California. I recently came back in the area for work in May this year 2026 from 2024 and already got 3 bowls in less than a month that’s how much I love this place. But question for the management, what is going on with your staff customer service skills? Do they not want to work for you? They seemed mad, impatient, and rude then speaks Spanish right after I request something. This behavior appears consistent the last 3 times. It wasn’t like this before 2 years ago. Also the portions have gone lower. I respect it more when they would weigh but to just guess and put 2 pcs then comes back just to grab one more little pc without weighing for 1 of 4 protein choice seems really odd. A lot of the same comments about staff rudeness is spoken here. I still gave five stars but I expect better the next time I come back. It’s such a beautiful area too.“

“I LOVE this place. I miss coming here since I moved across the water to Oakland. Every so often when I go to the city I make a point to stop in to get my favorite matcha with the red bean. I loved it so much I brought my family here who was visting from out of state. I was pleased to know they liked it as well.“

“Surprisingly solid poke vibe in the mall! I would say this is on par with some of my favorite poke places in the main SF city area. They have papers and pencils for you that you hand over for them to take your order.

Only drawback is that it’s in a mall food court in terms of atmosphere.“

“I stopped by Poke Bowl for a quick bite, and it didn’t disappoint. The staff was efficient, friendly, and got my order ready in no time. There was no line, so I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

The poke was fresh, flavorful, and tasted like quality ingredients were used. If you’re craving poke and need something fast without sacrificing freshness, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back!“
