First of all, this is my favorite poke place ever for almost 5 years now since I moved from Florida to California. I recently came back in the area for work in May this year 2026 from 2024 and already got 3 bowls in less than a month that’s how much I love this place. But question for the management, what is going on with your staff customer service skills? Do they not want to work for you? They seemed mad, impatient, and rude then speaks Spanish right after I request something....read full review
Dear Management, Please train your staff to get orders correct. In the photo added, you will notice that rice was not selected as one of the items in the bowel. Weekend staff perpetually gets my order wrong.
