Located inside the hotel with a waterfront view, AC Hotel San Francisco Airport/Oyster Point Waterfront offers a pleasant atmosphere with excellent customer service. The truffle fries are a standout, paired perfectly with a refreshing Karl the fog cocktail. While the burger is standard, the citrusy salad dressing could use a bit less sugar. The restaurant has a nice view of the water, and the area features a walking path near old WWII ship building docks. Guests enjoy the clean, modern rooms with beautiful views of the San Francisco Bay, though some find the pillows too soft for their liking. The hotel also offers a pickleball court and half-court basketball. Service is outstanding, with attentive staff willing to go above and beyond, and check-in experiences are noted to be patient and responsive. EV parking is available but enforcement could improve. A clean, modern spot for a satisfying meal.
