I randomly found this place on Google Maps. It looks like they might have opened recently.
It’s a little confusing to figure out where the entrance and parking are, because you can’t really see the café from the road. The area is surrounded by offices, so at first it almost seems like there’s no café there.

Yummy breakfast burritos! Very nice service. It is still in an office park. But otherwise great.
Amazing place and structure to co-work! Love the vibrant atmosphere! Feel very welcomed here and can focus on my tasks in a cool place! There’s plenty of tables and seats! Whether you want to grab a bite drink with a friend or just be to yourself peacefully, there’s space for all of that! The tater tots are delicious!

Salt & Brine is a vibrant and beautiful space with a lovely ambience, simple decor, and live plants. It functions as a co-working amenity with many quiet areas, plenty of tables, and lots of seating options inside and out. The delicious, limited menu includes tater tots, house made granola and salsa, an Acai bowl, and a burrito. They serve mocktails, have happy hours with food, and offer events. Free drip coffee is available on Thursdays. There is lots of parking in their garage. Hours are 8am-6pm Monday through Friday.
