Casa Cafe is a charming spot with beautiful spaces and a peaceful atmosphere. Despite some construction, the entrance fee is worth it for the lovely view and gardens. It's a magical place for photography, especially for special occasions. The gallery features local artists and the gift shop offers high-quality prints and jewelry from San Clemente artisans. The staff is friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. With free parking and easy access to the beach, it's a perfect location to spend a relaxing day exploring the Californian history and enjoying the sea breeze. Due to a recent mudslide, some areas are closed for repair, but the Butterfly Garden, Art Gallery, Courtyard, Gift Shop, and Woodland Garden remain open. The center doesn't charge admission fees, they only ask for a $5 donation per person, and free for children under 12 years old.
