Addison, Southern California’s first and only three-star Michelin restaurant in the heart of San Diego, $375 per person . Plenty of parkings. Many different kind of foods from many part of the worlds. The restaurant is surrounded by the golf course . We also allowed to see how clean of the front of the kitchen . But not walking inside . The servers are very knowledgeable and take their time to learn the menus.
The presentation of every dish and the creativity of the dish were very well executed.
We love fine dining and tried multiple Michelin-star restaurants. We enjoyed and understood the chef’s intention and the food was very true to the original flavor with unique twists.
However, I have several suggestions to improve.
1. Lacking music that inspires the food. Ex) Even modern classic piano music would work.
