2nd time in a few months, closed due to staffing. You mean you are going out of business???? This is a Saturday & since i have sat here reading sign on door that some one had to write, you have lost 4 customers.This is NOT a way to run a business. I wish they would reopen one in Pacific Beach. Had one for decades. Am not driving across town. Guess Mr Frosty in PB will get my business today. Bad management Probably never returning. Too far to drive in traffic for it always to be closed.. you ruined my day & my dogs day.

Came to the store at 3:15 pm on February 15 to pick up a pre ordered and paid for but nobody in the store.. Needless to my granddaughter’s birthday was not as advertised. No cake Wheelchair accessibility: We did not get anything

The second year in a row they have canceled a birthday cake order within 48 hours of the pick up time when I received a confirmation a week in advance. Horrible service and disappointment for a child who thinks they are getting something to then not

We happened to be in La Jolla this afternoon and my wife wanted some ice cream. We stopped at this Baskin Robbins and we're shocked at the lack of cleanliness. There was accumulated dust/dirt on the floor in the corner where we sat. The ceiling fan just above looked as if it had never been cleaned in years. It was caked with at least half an inch of dirt and grime. Thankfully it wasn't on to discharge that crap onto customers or there ice cream. The shop was warmer inside than outside an it was in the mid to upper 70's outside. Our ice cream was melting before we could even sit down. This location is a disgrace for an upscale place like La Jolla. Will never stop there again!

This Baskin Robbins stole from me. I recommended that you do NOT go to this location. I’ve struggled with getting them to answer the phone after they charged me for an order they ended up not fulfilling. Even after I managed to get in touch with someone twice regarding a refund, they simply did not do it.
I have never been so disrespected as Victor was with me today when picking up my order. As soon as I made a little complete about the writing he completely got an attitude with me and then proceeds to tell me the writing looks good to him. Starts to walk away from me to help another customer I ask to speak with a manager he tells me he is the only one there I ask for a number to call he says his manager would tell me the same thing. It wasn't even the cake I ordered because apparently, the cake decorator was off. I said if the cake decorator is off my suggestion would be that others there covering should practice writing a little bit more so it's a little nicer. I told him it was just a suggestion coming from a customer. Then he pressed to tell me to get out motioning me with his hand. So my son and I left but before I left the parking lot I called the 1-800 number and made a formal complaint. I'm telling you if my son wasn't with me and it wasn't his birthday I would have asked for a refund. To be honest it doesn't even look like it's a half-sheet cake and what I ordered. The writing is not that bad it's his name I wasn't happy with and when paying $50 for a cake I was just hoping for a little nicer writing

The absolutely worst employees. No pride in their work. No respect. Go to ANY OTHER Baskin Robbins. They never pick up the phone and they charged me for an order they couldn’t fulfill.

I have not been to this Baskin Robbins in a while but the last two times I have been here are very disappointing. The place is always out of stuff. I have not seen a Baskin Robbins out of so much ice cream ever.

Still batting zero. Pandemic is essentially over and have tried to go here and they are always out of stuff. Been here 3-4 times recently and have NO milk for milkshakes. EVEN today had no soda other than Diet Coke for a float. Also no Oreo cookies for the layered sundae. Forget this place since management can't order or stock properly Person at counter just mumbles difficult to understand and seems to not want to be there. Huge disappointment !
