Based on the reviews, Sheraton Bay Tower Lounge is a restaurant inside the Sheraton Tower. It offers a small bistro and bar with great views of the bay and water. The food includes hot and honey jumbo chicken wings, a huge meatball sub with fresh mozzarella and marinara sauce, very good pizza, and a breakfast that is on point and delicious. The service is described as top notch, superbbb, and friendly with the most polite people. Some guests had a wonderful experience with service, while one guest felt unwelcome by a server but was helped by another who went out of her way. The restaurant has nice walkways outside for a morning stroll and a peaceful atmosphere away from the hurry burry. The gym is small, but the rooms are nice, spacious, and comfortable. While the other Sheraton hotel has better food and a brewery, the views and customer service at this location cannot be beat.
