Our experience with BTS started off a little bit rocky, because of some turnover in our main contacts, but ultimately, we had a wonderful experience working with Vanessa. From the beginning, she was very attentive to detail and took very meticulous notes during our tastings to make sure the catering team and staff delivered the experience we envisioned. She was also very professional and pleasant to work with. We went with a custom menu for our wedding and everything turned out perfectly, from the food, to the table service, to the bartending and cocktails. My only wish is I had more time to enjoy the beautiful food and drinks that day. We can't tell you how many of our guests raved about the food. Vanessa also helped us coordinate a second line parade from the ceremony to our cocktail hour reception, which went off without a hitch. Look, I understand that a few bad apples at a company don't always reflect on the quality of the entire company. I get that. But. I recently volunteered for BTS at a huge event being held in my hometown. I volunteer a lot, it's kinda my thing. I love helping people and in this case the company was paying a non profit that I regularly volunteer for a decent amount of money for a group of us to work for them. Right away when I showed up for the ungodly and unnecessarily early call time of 7 am I knew it was not gonna be good. There was zero signage anywhere indicated where on a *multiple acre property* the volunteers were supposed to even check in. After wandering around and asking multiple people I finally found it. Only to be greeted by a single, clearly overworked person who was responsible for both paid worker and volunteer checkin. The paid workers were all super nice and patient, as was I. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for my turn and explained that due to a temporary disability I would not be able to make the 10 minute walk to the volunteer location. I was told that they could absolutely accommodate me. Great I thought. I'll just stand over here and wait. 45 minutes later I'm still standing there (my injury prevents me from sitting) with no communication. When I politely asked for an update I was snarled at and told "I can't make them come any faster!" I wrote that one off as stress. I get it. It's a lot to run an event that size. But the remainder of my experience with this company was equally terrible. Without exception every single person that worked for them was rude, verbally abusive to me and others and treated all of us as if we were idiots who should be grateful for the some privilege of volunteering/working for them. No thank you. Don't do business with this company. You'll regret it.

I worked with BTS this weekend for a bar mitzvah event. They were wonderful! From a management standpoint, Vanessa was attentive, professional and very helpful. From a food standpoint, the chef created a delicious menu, it was artfully displayed and everything ran in time! The lead manager Saturday night was Megan and she was in control and so easy lovely to partner with! I highly recommend their entire team!!

BTS saved our wedding. We had 10 days to replan our entire wedding. Our venue cancelled on us 10 days before our wedding date. We were not allowed to dance. Twin Oaks Gardens was the venue. Anyhow, we found another place and BTS rocked it for us. The food, staff, and service were incredibly amazing. Our guests just could not say enough wonderful things about them. I would like to start out by saying behind the scenes has been nothing short of amazing. My experience started with Megan and she was incredible. She pays attention to extremely small details. I never once felt I was unheard or that I wasn't just as important as their next client. My wife's and my wedding date was literally two days after California re-opened and Megan was there to make sure everything went off without any glitches. I literally cannot rave about behind the scenes enough. Thank you all for making my wedding day so special!
