I had the best service at this Benin. And jerry's, than I've had any ice cream store. I have celiac disease and when I told the server, he changed his gloves, got a fresh scooper, and scooped my ice cream from a brand new ice cream carton.

There was no pricing on the walls and I didn't think anything of it until I got one cup of vanilla Oreo ice cream and one waffle cone and my total was $22. Both small single scoops. To say I was stunned was an understatement. We went out today to that award winning homemade Cali cream plave and paid $11 for the same thing.. with larger portions. I'm so confused and bewildered. Only posting because I'd hate to see a family stop here with multiple kids and get gouged $50-60 bucks for a family stop for ice cream. Wild. A pint is only $5!

Yes it's expensive, but at least they give you huge scoops. The taco place facing the water is $6 for a single 2-bite taco. And the ice cream flavors are always inventive and excellent! Love the Americone Dream. You ROCK, B&J!
Tried their strawberry cheesecake icecream. It was delicious. I found this icecream place on a pricey end.

The location is great because you can have a beautiful walk in the Seaport Village. Ice Cream: I had a Rocky Road- truly nothing special, no marshmallow in it, it tasted like a cheap 5dlls bucket from the store. My husband had a chocolate chip. Price: The child-size cone is $7 cone. $11 for a large cone. We had 2 X 1 scoop cones and it was over $24. What the heck!! Is it a freaking royal cow from the grounds of England or what? Ridiculous expensive! This is more than it cost us in Disneyland for the same thing. And Disneyland portions were much bigger. I do feel they should lower their prices just a tab because it was the only negative part of my experience. Never again I am buying from this company and never again I will get ripped off by such mediocre ice cream.
