We are locals and every time we visit Seaport Village we always visit this Ben & Jerry’s ice cream shop. We’ve visited so much we’ve had the pleasure of meeting the owner Michelle. She’s very friendly and loves her customers. She’s adamant all her employees make every customer feel special. So creamy, and just the right sweetness. You can taste every morsel of chocolate, coconut or whatever added flavor in every bite. Just plain yumminess!😚😋🍧

A dipped cone, like the chocolate one, is highly recommended. The location is right next to the hub with plenty of tables and activities, not too far from the Seaport carousel. The service is friendly, with staff offering several samples before selections. Popular flavors include Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and oat milk chocolate chip for non-dairy options. A big multi scoop ice cream in a chocolate covered waffle cone was soooo good, though it requires exercise to burn the calories. However, pricing is interesting: a single scoop is $10+, while the same flavor in a pint costs $5.29 at Target. Adding hot fudge doesn’t double the value. The ice cream is good but the exact same as a grocery store pint for twice the price. It’s quite expensive, but that’s to be expected. Some find the mark-up for convenience and location not worth recommending when nearby places sell desserts cheaper, even with a 2-for-1 coupon.
