Been trying to visit this location for awhile. Unfortunately there were only two guys working and one was either sick or really hung over. The place was packed and most everyone was waiting nearly 20mins for their drink orders. The rooftop deck is cool but it was filthy. We had to clean our own table.

Amanda the GM is a power hungry rude person who is horrible in customer service. Me and my friends went through the drive through. After getting drinks I tried to get the restroom code inside and she refused to give me the code assuring I was not a paying customer. I've been coming to this better buzz for 8 years. Will not be back due to her rude customer service

After not visiting this area for 3 years, I couldn't wait to get a 'best drink'! I paid $7 plus tip and it's not what it used to be. Unfortunately it's barely flavored water. Sad times.

After paying we got handed our food, a FROZEN SOLID out of the freezer acai bowl that could not be eaten. There is not more to the story it is rather straightforward.

On vacation and stopped by on my walk this morning...all I ordered was 3 different muffins and they were all FANTASTIC!!! Front counter attendant was pleasant and quick.I will be back...thanks!

Mitchell did such a great job with providing the best service! The Rose water latte was on point! I’ve had it multiple times but never has it been this enjoyable. :) he knows how to do it! And the air conditioner was blasting cold air to me and my friend so I asked if he could turn it down and he turned it off for me! Thanks Better buzz for having people like Mitchell!
That was my first and the last time in this coffee shop.They managed to write my name wrong, and instead of "Mark" they put "Clarck" (never happened before) which resulted in me waiting for 20 minutes for my coffee. And on top of that they gave my croissant to someone else (that was the last croissant they had). So I didn't get what I paid for.This place sucks.

First time I came here. I was driving and passed the building because it was small building than I was expecting. But I found the drive through entrance somehow and ordered it. It was in the early morning so there’s some customers inside the house and took kind of long time to wait. The best drink ever was pretty good and the chocolate croissant is ordinarily but good.

This review is for the shop owner!Please hire more people .. I saw all employees working hard none stop but to wait for 25+ mins for a cup of hot coffee is just very very wrong... no matter how amazing the coffee is....

I Ordered a yogurt bowl with Greek yogurt and did not receive a full bowl, it was less than filled up halfway and given normal yogurt. I interacted with two employees and none of them communicated with me that they are either low on supplies to make the full bowl or atleast offer a discount or credit. If I had known this eight dollar yogurt would have been given to me less that half-filled, I would have not spent my money. All in all, bad service and bad communication.
