I was lured to try this place by the BOGO free Ceylon milk tea (MT) and jasmine milk tea promotion.Pros:-Both milk teas were flavorful and not watered down.-70% sugar was great for the Ceylon MT. 70% sugar Jasmine MT ended up tasting less sweet than the Ceylon MT, so next time I'd go 100% sweet for Jasmine MT.-Boba was good--better than most boba shops. Excellent, so good, we need this everywhere and they cater for big events. Coffee? It is so much more, specialty teas, bobas and deserts and easy parking in Ralphs.
