The gelato here is really stellar and the service is super friendly. I got a passionfruit chocolate and had them add their expresso to it and it was amazing. The expresso is really tasty. The two together was again, stellar. Definitely give this place a try if you're in the mall.
This is by far one of my favorite gelato spots in SD! Staff is always friendly. It's a quaint spot at the UTC mall. They change flavors all the time or mix a few flavors. I always have to stop by when I'm here.

I am Italian and can confidently state that this is true Italian gelato and one of the best I have had in the US! The flavors are American (not traditional Italian) but the creaminess and quality is top notch! Service is friendly and it has a good outdoor sitting area.
