“Molly’s is our Family’s absolute favorite coffee and breakfast in San Diego and we have been coming for many years. The atmosphere is chill (I would totally decorate my house the same way). 😉 The staff is kind and knows just what we like even as tourists. We highly recommend the açaí bowls, Belgian waffles, ham and cheese croissants, and of course the coffee!!! I love me a Molly’s dirty Chai! 🫶🏻“

“So nice place! All the menu seems great with high quality healthy meals. I just got a fresh morning papaya smoothie to go, but I would love to come back and sit down because everything looks so good! The smoothie was simply delicious. I love the combination of fresh papaya, turmeric and strawberries. See you next time!“

“I've been to Madi a couple of times now, and it's quickly become one of my favorite spots to brunch any day of the week. The ambiance is bright and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and attentive — it's got that easy, neighborhood charm that makes you want to linger a bit. We always start with the Waffle Churro Sticks, which are a must. They come with a jalapeño-blackberry sauce and a maple cream cheese dip — both are excellent and pair perfectly with the crispy, fluffy churro sticks. I had a Brown Butter Latte this time, which was smooth and well made; I just wish the nuttiness of the brown butter came through a bit more, but it was still very enjoyable. For entrees, we ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs and the Biscuits and Gravy. The chicken fried steak hit all the right notes — crispy exterior, tender inside, and the sausage gravy over the top added a nice touch. The eggs were cooked perfectly, too. The biscuits and gravy were good but left a little room for improvement — a bit more sausage in the gravy would have made it even better. Overall, Madi is a great neighborhood spot with consistently solid food and a relaxed, friendly vibe. I love that they serve breakfast every day — it makes it an easy place to return to again and again.“
