“Blanco Cantina at Fashion Valley is one of our favorite spots! My sister, my girlfriends, and I love coming here because it's always such a comfortable, fun place with a great atmosphere. The food is consistently delicious. My go-to order is the Chicken Bowl, and I honestly get it almost every time. My sister swears by the Sweet Potato Bowl and always adds the short ribs—it's amazing if you're looking for something a little different. The margarita pitchers are perfect, especially on a warm San Diego day. On our last visit, our server recommended the Coconut Agave Frozen Margarita, and it was absolutely delicious. I'm so glad I tried it! Great food, refreshing drinks, friendly service, and a relaxed vibe keep us coming back. Highly recommend if you're shopping at Fashion Valley or just looking for a great meal with friends.“
