Amazing program!!!! My son is so happy here and is learning so many valuable skills. I have never seen him so happy and proud with the dishes he is preparing. He texts me every day to show us his creations. He loves the teachers and has finally found his passion.

Wow, just wow! Who thought 13 year old boys could learn to cook so well! It was a 60 hour program on weekends from 9am-2pm. They learned so much and both chefs are so nice, helpful and talented. I would recommend this to all children and the parents! Bravo!

Chef Sohrab is so kind and knowledgeable. There really isn’t a better place I could choose for my culinary education. Chef cares deeply and takes such time with each of his students.

For the price you'll pay to eat at a fancy restaurant, you can learn to make the meal yourself with Chef Sorhab in his public classes. He'll explain how it's made in a professional kitchen and then show you how to make it at home. I'm addicted!Chef has taught me to make "Chicken with Peppers alla Romana & Risotto alla Milanese", "Roman Beef Ragu With Fettuccini", and an awesome red wine mushroom demi glace sauce to go with a ribeye steak and potatoes. Not only are the classes great, but Chef Sorhab has a great heart. While teaching me the meals, I've had the privilege of having great conversation with him. He cares about the community. I hope he sticks around.
