First of all, I want to compliment all of their servers. Our main server went above and beyond! He was super friendly and helpful. Everything that was recommended was delicious. The food was amazing (we stayed within the raw fish meals) and everything had its own unique flavor, texture, and taste. I would come here over and over again just for the Karina. Makai Seafood Market is the best spot in San Diego for incredibly fresh, authentic seafood. The fish, shrimp, octopus, clams, and callo de hacha are top-notch. Dishes like the Swordfish Steak and ahi tuna tostadas are delicious and a must-try. It is a clean market with great service, helpful staff, and amazing flavors for both dining in and taking home.
