Carbonaro's is a restaurant with an amazing concept. It offers great pasta at a cheap price and is super fast. Customers can compose their own pasta with all the ingredients they love. There is an amazing selection of products, including pasta, salad, and sandwich options. The focaccia sandwiches are tasty, and the portions are generous. The carbonara sauce with shape of cheese ravioli and shrimp is recommended. The restaurant is very close to SDSU, and the counter staff is very nice. The aesthetic is really cute, and the food is amazing and made from scratch. The service is great, making it a very easy, fast option for a quick meal.
