Parfait Paris is a charming food stand located on the second floor of a shopping area, specifically within Sky Deck in Del Mar Highlands. This stand offers a delightful selection of pastries, cakes, and croissants, including their signature macarons and croissants. The desserts are beautifully presented and delicious, with flavors such as butter, chocolate, and almond. The work stations looked clean, and the desserts looked amazing, making it a great spot to enjoy a sweet treat. There are plenty of tables and some couches available for seating inside, as well as outdoor options, providing a comfortable environment for visitors. The stand serves coffee and sandwiches, including options like an Iced Honey Lavender Latte, the Affogato, and a Nutella and Banana crepe, which is highly recommended by customers. The service is friendly and quick, with staff members like Neth, Lux, and Violeta providing considerate and warm experiences. Customers have praised the staff for their politeness and focus on quality service, noting that even when handling multiple customers, the staff remain attentive and helpful. While some drinks may not meet everyone's expectations, the desserts and crepes are consistently praised for their deliciousness. Overall, Parfait Paris is an inviting spot for those seeking snacks or desserts before leaving the Sky Deck, offering a lovely variety of options in a cozy setting.
