I live in ramona and this cold stone always does the perfect ratio of topping to ice cream I've tried other coldstones closer to me and they don't even compare. Its hard to find people who care about ice cream quality in the other locations. But this location is on point with the mixing and the nice customer service. Wish I could give 10 stars.

This shop is amazing, Every time I go. I go around the last hour every time to catch the night crew! They are so personable, welcoming, kind, and give great service. Some nights they could definitely use one more person working because it gets packed! Nonetheless it hits the spot!

Went on a Sunday night to pick up my brothers birthday cake last minute. Decided to get ice cream for myself as well. It was pretty busy and did take a second to be helped but definitely understandable since there were quite a few people. The employee helping us was quick making our orders once it was our turn and rang us up pretty quick! The Frosted Pumpkin Bread is so good ? need to go back soon.
