One of my favorite IHop to dine in. The staff is always friendly, fast and efficient. It's located in the Fenton parkway shopping center. Plenty of parking in this area. Their breakfast entree is always fresh! I don't dare order anything other than breakfast entree/sides at IHop lol. I learned my lesson. I love that they have seasonal selections on pancakes, waffles etc and their variety flavored syrup. This place always feels homey. Great for family brunches.
I don't know why the food seemed fake, like plastic, the coffee, even though it was caffeinated, I didn't feel like I woke up or the effect of the morning caffeine... but the atmosphere on the patio was excellent ?

Still famous for the strawberry and blueberry syrup. There's a robust ihoppy hour menu, 6-8 bucks between 3 - 6 PM. They will not budge even two minutes early. This was a deal for a family of four.-Ample parking-Trolley one block away-Beautiful library stride away-Very good coffee
