Just another fru fru ( slang for frou frou) place for drinks. Over priced, for the size. More for the young scene and people with a sweet tooth. Th place is clean and the young staff are very friendly.

Huge parking lot so you shouldn't have an issue finding a spot up close. Depending on the time it can get busy and late at night we have seen a line almost out the door. However, the staff is quick and friendly so even with a line it moves fast. Prices are pretty average. If it's busy, definitely check your order as one time they messed up and missed adding the toppings to our waffle but we had already driven home and didn't bother driving back. You also have the option of putting in your order online to save yourself time. The Yakult drinks are very good and they even have a little freezer with little ice creams. They are pretty expensive but come in exotic flavors.

Worst service. They have 20 percent rule. If you drink / sip more than 20 percent no refund is allowed. If you ask for extra sugar (they have none as self service available) they say no... 20 percent rule applies.

We love Ding Tea so much that everywhere we go we would always look for the closest Ding Tea whenever we crave for boba. Drink on this location was good but the restroom is what grossed us out. The sink was disgusting that we didn't even want to wash our hands because of the splash of water from the sink.

It was my first time here and there was plenty of seating inside. The staff was helpful and super quick too. I ordered a brown sugar latte with oat milk and it was good. It tasted a little too milky for my taste but not bad. They have lots of drinks options so I'll have to come back another time to try something else
So it's my bf's fav place for boba and I've been there for like 5 times now(Mira mesa location) and some of their drinks are pretty good no cap. But the service is so bad as I can understand that couple of time that they're having bad day but not always. The boys sounds so annoyed and specifically if you ask for modifications and after taking orders they start chit chatting. Idk why the SERVICE PART they're not taking it seriously.

Meh. The ambiance sucks, there's boxes everywhere, the bathroom is horrendous and it kinda stinks. I got the strawberry yakult and I asked the girl if it was caffeine free ... and then I see her put white tea in it. Pass, I threw mine away after a few sips.

Worst milk tea I ever had for awhile. I ordered lychee milk tea and they gave me lychee milk with no tea in it. Ridiculous
